  • it's absolutely okay if all you did today was survive

  • i am at home in my own body

  • you are allowed to prioritize feeling safe, heard & seen over being liked

  • you are heard, you are seen,
    you are enough

  • bad days end just as quickly as they arrive you have so many good days to look forward to

  • it's perfectly fine to need rest & perfectly normal to feel guilt about that need

  • just because burn outs happen doesn't mean that thing that burned you out isn't for you

  • i hope the voices in your head are kind to you

  • you are not obligated to live up to someone else's idea of who they think you are or who you used to be

  • it's okay if you struggle to let people in b/c of the damage the last visitor did to your home, to you

  • slow progress is still progress

  • be kind, be gentle, be sensitive with your words toward yourself and others. you never know what someone's going through.

  • let love in, tell people how you feel, and do not worry about being too much. be too much.
