Consent Agreement

This Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

Brighter Days Inc. ("Company") and the undersigned individual ("Participant").

By signing below, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. The Participant consents to the memory-erasing process as described by Brighter Days Inc.
2. The Participant understands that this process is irreversible and may result in the permanent loss of specific memories.
3. The Participant agrees to release Brighter Days Inc. from any liability arising from the memory-erasing process.
4. The Participant confirms that they are of legal age and have the capacity to provide informed consent.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
