The golden spoon that was in Ophelias mouth as a child was pirates gold, as much as her family attempted to fit in with the upperclass of the Los Angeles movie scene, they were often reminded that new money was not the same as the generational wealth they had themselves. The buckets of money meant that Ophelia never had to want for anything, more often than not people assumed what she wanted and she had it before she even had to think. Her mother, who never seemed to want children as it would ruin her figure, only saw her daughter as a cash cow. From the time Ophelia was two months old she was cast on a sitcom as the baby of the family which would last for her first seventeen years of life.
